James Donnelly

James is the Founder of Castle Group. James has over 30 years of experience serving residential communities. He is a prominent speaker in the industry, a passionate community leader, and a benefactor of numerous philanthropic organizations. James was appointed to the Nova Southeastern University Board of Trustees and founded the NSU James Donnelly Property Management and Real Estate Bachelor of Science program. This program is the only one of its kind in Florida and one of only eight bachelor programs in the country. James is also a 2024 Horatio Alger Award Recipient and sits on the Board. He also sits on the Board of Advisors of the LeMieux Center for Public Policy at Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Rob Donnelly

As one of Castle Group's founders, Rob is known for creating and implementing many of the systems and processes that continue to drive Castle Group's success today. Beyond his operational achievements, Rob was vital in nurturing Castle Group's Culture and current leadership team. Rob's hands-on approach, operational mastery, and commitment to leadership development have been integral to Castle Group's culture and success, making him a cornerstone of the company's foundation and future.

Craig Vaughan

Craig is a dynamic and creative financial resource for all of our clients. He is both a CPA and a Licensed Community Association Manager. Often described as Castle’s “culture driver,” Craig is extremely proud of his role in leading Castle to be a certified Great Place To Work, and a Good to Great Company, as recognized by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Jordan Goldman

Jordan Goldman is the Chief Executive Officer of Castle Group. Known for his infectious energy and dynamic leadership, he brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, project management, property management, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, Jordan has been recognized for his ability to inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and build strong relationships across the industry. Before joining Castle, he held several key leadership roles at one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, where he led the Florida team to multiple first-place J.D. Power award finishes.

Since joining Castle Group over 12 years ago, Jordan has been a driving force behind the company’s extraordinary growth. His strategic vision and leadership have propelled record-breaking increases in revenue, market share, and brand recognition. A firm believer in the power of teamwork, Jordan has cultivated a high-performing organization known for its commitment to service, innovation, and—most importantly—its exceptional people. Under his leadership, Castle Group has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for consecutive years, a testament to the company’s strong culture and employee-first approach.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Jordan is deeply committed to philanthropy. Through CastleCares®, he spearheads the company’s charitable initiatives, supporting numerous organizations that make a meaningful difference in the community. He also serves as Vice President on the Foundation Board of Families First of Palm Beach County, further demonstrating his dedication to helping children and families in need.

Will Delgado

Will brings over 35 years of operations experience to Castle Group. He is a former Army officer with over a decade of leadership experience in infantry and special operations units. Following a successful transition from the military, Will held senior management positions in both publicly traded and privately held companies. An MBA graduate from Rutgers University, he has successfully managed all stages of high-rise tower and mixed-use projects from initial design through Developer turnover.

Kristen Searle

Kristen Searle is a dynamic leader with a broad and diverse professional background. Beginning her career in early childhood education, Kristen discovered a passion for helping individuals achieve their potential, which led her to transition into Human Resources. Over the years, she built an extensive career in HR, excelling in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and benefits. This foundation laid the groundwork for her leadership capabilities and strategic mindset, ultimately propelling her to her current role as COO.

Now serving as the Chief Operating Officer, Kristen brings her people-first approach to organizational leadership. She is instrumental in managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and driving strategic initiatives that align with the company's mission and goals. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to fostering an environment where both individuals and organizations thrive, she continues to make a profound impact on the company's culture and operational excellence.

Kristen's achievements have been recognized industry-wide, including her receiving the Excellence in Human Resources Awards from South Florida Business & Wealth for both 2019 and 2024. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She maintains professional certifications as a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®).

Kristen's journey reflects her dedication to personal and professional growth, her ability to adapt and lead through change, and her unwavering passion for empowering others. As COO, she remains a driving force in achieving organizational success while supporting a culture of innovation, development, and excellence.

Executive Vice President of Business Development

James Schumaker

James is a real estate veteran with over 25 years of operational and business development leadership. Prior to Castle Group, James served in executive positions for national and global real estate companies, building strategic alliances and partnerships for tactical growth and results.

James is a current Board Member for the KidSafe Foundation, an organization that educates children to keep them safe.

James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from St. Leo University and has licensure in both Property Management and Real Estate for the state of Florida.

Executive Vice President of Field Operations

Brian Street

As a Civil Engineer, Brian brings a valuable perspective to his Executive Vice President of Operations role. He joined Castle Group in July 2011, getting a true understanding of the industry as a Community Association Manager. From his time as Regional Director of the Broward area to Vice President, Sr. Vice President, and now Executive Vice President of Operations, Brian has played a pivotal role in the overall development of Castle as a leader in the industry.
Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth

Stacy Titleman

Stacy Titleman is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth at Castle Group. She brings over 30 years of experience in community association management, condominium operations, governance, and financial oversight. Stacy previously worked at Castle for four years and has now returned to Castle Group to help drive the company’s strategic growth. Before her return, she led a strategic growth initiative that significantly expanded a national division, redefining service delivery and support for on-site teams, residents, and board members.

Stacy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting Information Systems from Pace University and is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®). Known for her strategic mindset and innovative leadership, Stacy is committed to driving growth and excellence in the property management industry.

Fiona DiDomenico

Fiona DiDomenico is the Regional President at Castle Group, overseeing 150+ communities in Central and West Florida. With over 20 years in property management, she has driven Castle Group's growth, particularly on Florida's West Coast. Fiona's strategic vision and team management skills have earned her accolades, including FCAP Woman of the Industry. Under her leadership, Castle Group has expanded into key markets like Bonita Springs, Sarasota, Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville. Known for her commitment to resident experience and community service, Fiona continues to make a significant impact on Floridians' lives.

Sarah Mabrey

Sarah Mabrey is the Regional President overseeing operations in Castle Group's hometown of Broward County, which she proudly considers her home. Since joining Castle Group in 2013, Sarah has demonstrated her exceptional leadership skills, significantly contributing to the impressive growth of the Southwest Florida (SWFL) region. Her commitment and vision led her to assume the pivotal role of managing operations in Broward County.

With over a decade of experience in cultivating company culture and empowering team members to reach their full potential, Sarah's leadership approach emphasizes the importance of building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients, vendors, and team members alike. She believes that strong partnerships are essential to successfully managing large-scale Homeowners Associations (HOAs), as well as luxury high-rises and condominium communities.

Sarah’s unwavering passion for her work, along with her pride in serving her community, fuels her ambition to elevate Castle Group as Florida’s premier provider of Community Association Management services through her dedication to operational excellence and commitment to client satisfaction.

Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, as well as a Florida CAM license and CMCA credentials.

Ryan Johnson

Ryan is a seasoned operations and hospitality leader with over 20 years of experience in high-end associations and urban, oceanfront, and destination hotels and resorts for iconic hotels and resort brands.

Ryan holds a Florida CAM license and international CMCA credentials and is also a Notary Public. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from The George Washington University in Washington DC and a master’s degree from the top-ranked Executive Education Program at Florida Atlantic University locally in Boca Raton.

Lurlaine Gonzalez

With over a decade of experience in real estate management, Mrs. Gonzalez brings tremendous expertise to every element of the community association sector. As Vice President, she will oversee the business functions for Miami Dade.

Mrs. Gonzalez holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is also a Professional Community Association Manager, Certified Manager of Community Associations, and Association Management Specialist.

Katie Ciccotelli

Katie Ciccotelli has been in the Community Management Industry since 2001. Katie holds the following professional designations within this industry. LCAM, CMCA, AMS & PCAM.

Katie graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University and an Elementary Education Certification from Florida International University. Katie has experience managing Associations with single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, and commercial spaces.

Georgie Zuppa

Georgie Zuppa is the Regional Vice President of Castle's Texas division, leading all operations within the Texas market. With over a decade of experience in community association management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Throughout her career, Georgie has excelled in pivotal leadership roles, focusing on high-rise and large-scale community operations across all sectors, including commercial and mixed-use properties. Her background in operational excellence and sales acumen has consistently driven results in dynamic environments.

Georgie is dedicated to fostering strong, trusting relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. She is passionate about supporting Castle's growth as a Texas Royal Service® leader in community association management. Committed to developing her team's professional growth, she emphasizes hands-on training and ongoing mentorship.

Georgie holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, CO. Before transitioning into HOA management, she built a solid foundation in luxury hotel operations, further enriching her leadership capabilities.

Her commitment to excellence is demonstrated by her industry certifications, including CMCA, AMS, and PCAM, awarded by the highly accredited Community Associations Institute.

Jennifer Stopka

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in leadership, operations, and community association management. A graduate of Illinois State University, she began her career in property management as a Lifestyle Director, planning community events for a 1,700-unit association in the suburbs of Chicago. She is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and holds prestigious designations with the Community Associations Institute (CAI), including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
Jennifer has held key leadership roles throughout her career, including Portfolio Manager, Onsite Manager, Regional Director, and Director of Training and Development. Before her work in property management, she worked as a teacher, bringing a strong foundation in communication and education to her leadership approach.

Steven Odar

Steve brings over 25 years of finance and accounting experience to Castle Group. As an active CPA, he started his career in public accounting and has held various senior roles in fortune 500 and global companies. Steve holds both, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University and has worked on various accounting improvement and process redesign projects throughout his career. Steve is also very proud of his honorable service in the United States Marine Corps.
Vice President of CRM Integrations

Michael Rencewicz

Michael "Siri" Rencewicz brings over ten years of experience in the IT industry to Castle Group. Siri began his IT career at a boutique web design firm and worked optimizing data processes in the healthcare space before joining Castle Group in 2018.

His ongoing focus has been leveraging data and automation to create better outcomes for Castle Group and its customers. Siri has worked on numerous initiatives to provide Castle Group's leaders with actionable business intelligence and help drive high standards for Royal Service®.

Siri is an 8x certified Salesforce Application Architect and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Literature from Reed College.

Vice President of Human Resources

Beth Erickson

Beth brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership, with a proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives that enhance organizational culture, talent acquisition, development, and teammate engagement. Her extensive background in leading HR functions within global organizations highlights her ability to foster collaboration, build high-performing teams, and align people strategies with business objectives.

Spreading The Love

CastleCares® was officially formed in 2010 with the vision of developing our already strong philanthropic base. CastleCares® meets monthly with volunteers from our team of over 3,000 dedicated Castle Group employees. These compassionate individuals give their time and talent to organize positive and effective ways to give back to the communities we serve. With our mission to support children and families in need, CastleCares® donates a percentage of our profits to various worthy causes and contributes thousands of volunteer service hours. We support organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs, United Way, American Cancer Society, Community Foundation, Children Services Council, 211, Prestige Club, Urban League, and many others each year. We are proud of the accomplishments made possible by our outstanding, caring, and giving employees through their participation.

B.S.B.A. in Property Management and Real Estate

We’ve partnered with NSU to assist college students in breaking into the property management world. With the help of our Founder, James Donnelly, we have created a value-added curriculum that provides aspiring professionals with the information, skills, and knowledge needed to excel in this industry.

Students will delve into several key property management and real estate aspects, including valuation, maintenance, and operations. In addition to core business coursework, classes offered include Real Estate Practices, Principles and Law; Residential Property Management; Commercial Property Management; and Hospitality, Resort, Cruise Ship, and Casino Management, to name a few.
