“I am incredibly proud and excited to announce Kristen’s promotion to CHRO. Under her leadership, our Human Resources department has evolved into a world-class team. Kristen’s ability to contribute strategically and cross-functionally will continue to drive our success into the future,” said Jordan Goldman, CEO. “This is a huge milestone for not only Kristen but Castle as well. She will be the first CHRO in our company’s history.”
In 2019, Searle was awarded the Excellence in Human Resources Award presented by South Florida Business & Wealth. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University, as well as two HR Certifications, Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
In her new role, Searle will continue to oversee all aspects of the company’s Human Resources strategy, including talent acquisition, development and retention, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), organizational learning, and employee benefits. She will continue to work closely with the Executive team to implement the company’s business initiatives and long-term strategic plan.
