Kristen Searle Named Chief Operating Officer of Castle Group

This milestone marks a new chapter in Searle’s distinguished career at Castle Group, following her tenure as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent strategy and organizational culture.
Searle joined Castle Group in 2019 as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing with her an extensive background in human capital management. Her leadership and strategic vision led to her promotion to CHRO, where she transformed Castle’s Human Resources department into a world-class operation. As COO, she will now oversee all facets of the company’s operational strategy, working closely with the executive leadership team to drive growth, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery.

Prior to joining Castle Group, Searle built a remarkable career in human resources, beginning at SBA Communications in Boca Raton, where she advanced from Recruiter to HR Director over a 14-year tenure. Her expertise in workforce management and organizational leadership has been widely recognized, including receiving the Excellence in Human Resources Award from South Florida Business & Wealth in 2019 and 2024.
Searle holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University and maintains two prestigious HR certifications: Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
In her new role, Searle will focus on optimizing Castle Group’s operations, enhancing client and employee experiences, and ensuring the company’s continued growth in the community management industry.
