Kelly Britten promoted to Director of Business Development

Castle Group is proud to announce Kelly Britten has been promoted from Regional Director to Director of Business Development. This promotion comes after an 11-year tenure with the company, having served in multiple capacities during her time here. Prior to Castle Group, she spent six years with the Miami Marlins acting as Events Coordinator for the Marlins Foundation, spearheading all fundraising efforts for the club. Upon her initial arrival to the company, she was a Lifestyle Director for a luxury property in Weston, FL. She then earned her CAM license, serving as a property manager from 2015 until her promotion to Regional Director in 2018. For the past 4 years, Britten has overseen several teams across 15+ properties within Broward County. She has been a recipient of Castle Value Awards on multiple occasions, recognized for exemplary leadership and achievements by the company, is an active leader and participant in the CastleCares® program, and currently teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University in Residential Property Management.

In her new role as Director of Business Development, Britten will provide team leadership, centralize both state and company-wide relationships, develop, coordinate and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities, and strategize with Castle executives to meet company growth initiatives.
