Jennifer Stopka Joins Castle Group as Vice President of Southwest Florida Region

Castle Group,  the premier choice for community management, is proudly announces that Jennifer Stopka has joined the company as Vice President of the Southwest Florida Region. In her new role, Jennifer will oversee Castle Group’s operations in Southwest Florida, ensuring the company continues to deliver its signature Royal Service® to communities throughout the region. She will focus on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with board members and residents.

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in leadership, operations, and community association management. A graduate of Illinois State University, she began her career in property management as a Lifestyle Director, planning community events for a 1,700-unit association in the suburbs of Chicago. 

She is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and holds prestigious designations with the Community Associations Institute (CAI), including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). 

Jennifer has held key leadership roles throughout her career, including Portfolio Manager, Onsite Manager, Regional Director, and Director of Training and Development. Before her work in property management, she worked as a teacher, bringing a strong foundation in communication and education to her leadership approach.
