James Schumaker Returns to Castle Group as Broward County Regional President

Plantation, FL – March 16, 2022 – James Schumaker has returned to the company as Regional President of Broward County. James is a real estate veteran with over 25 years of operational and business development leadership experience. He began his career on the developer side, serving in executive positions for national and global real estate companies, building strategic alliances and partnerships for tactical growth and results.

James shifted from development to management back in March of 2016 when he joined Castle Group as a Regional Director. Over the next 5 years, he worked his way up – from Regional Director in 2016, Vice President in 2018, Senior Vice President in 2019, to Regional President in 2020, where he concluded his first term with Castle. James departed from the company in March of 2021 and made his return just nine months later.
