James Schumaker Promoted to Executive Vice President of Business Development

This promotion is a new height for one of the longest-tenured members of their Leadership Team. James brings years of expertise in Castle’s industry leading Royal Service approach as a result of a career that took him from Regional Director to Vice President, Senior Vice President and Regional President.

James Schumaker brings over 25 years of Real Estate and HOA industry results in Operations, Business Development, Go to Market Strategies, and Consulting. He hails a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Saint Leo University, a strategic leadership degree from Harvard University, and serves as Chairman of the KidSafe Foundation.
