Cathy Donnelly Receives Gubernatorial Appointment from Florida Governor Rick Scott

Plantation, FL – July 24, 2015 – Castle Group, Florida’s choice for community management, is proud to announce that Cathy Donnelly, Director of Community Relations has been selected by Florida Governor Rick Scott to serve on the Board of the Children’s Services Council in Broward County.
Mrs. Donnelly is the Past Chairwoman for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County. She is currently a United Way Tocqueville member, sits with Community Foundation for Art in Community, and supports countless other nonprofits in her role at CastleCares℠.
“I am thrilled to have this opportunity to serve the Children and families of Broward County in my capacity as a CSC Board Member. I take the responsibility very seriously and look forward to working with this impressive Board as well as President/CEO Cindy Arenberg Seltzer and her dynamic staff at Children’s Services Council of Broward.” said Mrs. Donnelly when asked about her recent appointment.
The Children’s Services Council of Broward County is an independent taxing authority established by the voters in 2000. The CSC’s mission is to provide leadership, advocacy and resources necessary to enhance the lives of the children of Broward County and empower them to become responsible, productive adults.
The organization funds close to a hundred programs that serve children and families, advocates for policies that protect the interests of future generations and provides leadership that brings the child-serving community together.
