Castle Group, Florida’s choice for community management, is proud to announce that Castle’s own Diane Wilmot has been named one of the 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County. This will be the Eighth Annual Event bringing the community together to celebrate how far women have come in leadership roles in business, community and philanthropic fields.

Wilmot has been a part of the Castle Team for almost seventeen years, serving the first ten on the Employee Committee, and the next six on the CastleCares committee. Wilmot was the Team Leader who organized the success of six consecutive CastleCares Annual Toy Drives. She currently works on site at Lauderdale Oaks as the Office Manager.

“We’re so fortunate to have someone as devoted and compassionate as Diane serving on the CastleCares committee,” said Castle’s Director of Community Relations, Cathy Donnelly. “Diane has done so much to advance our philanthropic efforts and truly give back to our local community.”

Wilmot embodies what it means to be a community leader and is highly involved in charitable and philanthropic efforts in her personal life. She served as a Team Captain for two years for Relay for Life in Plantation and Weston. She also was a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County.
“I’m honored to be named one of the 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County and to be part of this dynamic and vibrant group of incredible leaders,” said Wilmot. “It is so important that this event supports the outstanding work done by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County.”
