CastleCares® Completes Another Successful Annual Toy Drive

Castle Group, the premier choice for property management, wrapped up its CastleCares® Annual Toy Drive benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs throughout Florida and Texas. Castle Group’s teammates, residents, family and friends participate each year, making contributions across all of the regions where Castle manages properties.

In what has become a tradition for CastleCares® since inception in 2010, the 2023 Toy Drive ushered in a few new innovations. Over 230 donations were purchased via Amazon through the use of regional registries streamlining the collection and distribution processes. Toys purchased were automatically shipped  to the central Boys & Girls Clubs administrative offices, ensuring that kids from all Clubs in that region would receive a toy this holiday season. “The concept to use regional registries stemmed from our growth over the years and the need to centralize toy distribution throughout the regions. Additionally, the registry increased participation as those teammates and residents traveling during the holidays were still able to purchase a gift for the kids electronically while sharing in the spirit of the holiday season” said Kara O’Keefe, Chair of CastleCares®.

Solivita (a Castle-managed community) broke this year’s record for the most toy donations, coupled with over $21,000 raised in support of Toys for Tots of Polk County, helping over 15,000 children in need.
