Castle Group’s Shauna Fleischbein Featured In “Women Making A Difference”

The issue which was released in November of 2022, recognizes the important role that women play in the community association industry.  “It is an honor to be featured as one of the industry’s Women Making a Difference because something that has always been close to my heart throughout my career is to not just show up for work and do my job but to represent my company and my industry in the best light possible,” said Shauna about the importance of this recognition. She also added, “I do everything with integrity and hope to always be a good role model for other women around me, especially my daughter”.

With extensive experience in various areas of the Property Management field (ranging from operations, management, and even advertising), Shauna was recently promoted to her current Senior role in the Business Development department as a result of her outstanding work in the West Florida market.

Shauna holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Florida Atlantic University as well as a Community Association Manager’s License.
