Mrs. Searle started her career in early childhood education and with a career change found her true calling in Human Resources. She has extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, as well as compensation and benefits. She has a passion for assisting employees in accomplishing their personal and professional goals as well as partnering with business leaders in organizational development and success. Most recently, Kristen received the 2019 Excellence in Human Resources Awards presented by South Florida Business & Wealth. Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University as well as two HR Certifications, Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
In her new role, Searle will oversee the human resource department’s operations for Castle Group. She is responsible for the successful performance of human resource functions, which include creating innovative recruitment and retention strategies, improving the training, development and performance management of employees statewide, and implementing tools designed to strengthen organizational health and efficiency.
