Castle Group Unveils Newly Redesigned Home Office

Plantation, FL – October 25, 2019 – Castle Group, the premier choice for community management, held the Grand Re-Opening of its Home Office in Plantation, FL.  The event was hosted by Castle Group Founder and CEO, James Donnelly and Castle’s executive team.

“I am elated to introduce the new Home Office to our industry partners, residents, and board members,” said Donnelly.  “Our Home Office provides support to all of the properties that we manage and teammates in the field. The re-opening of this tremendous facility gives our teammates the cutting-edge technological tools necessary to succeed while allowing our guests to experience Castle Group’s Royal Service® from the moment they enter our building.”

One of the key elements of this project was expanding the footprint of the headquarters to over 22,000-square feet. Donnelly says this has allowed the company to extensively grow its base of Home Office support.  Currently, over 120 Castle Group employees are based out of Home Office.  The expansion has also allowed for improvements to the IT, accounting, marketing and production departments, as well as a new board room and a re-imagined Castle College training center.  New Service Level Agreement monitors in each department area provide real-time data to track live call ratios, open tickets, average call times, marketing and social media analytics, invoicing metrics and much more.

Donnelly added: “We are proud of the attention to detail that went into each improvement within this project.  When our guests walk the hallways here, they see our eight core values displayed throughout the building in addition to the resources that we have dedicated to Royal Service®.
