Drawbridge, rolled out in early 2019, is a single sign-on platform that connects residents, property managers, and board members together. With new features being released in phases, Drawbridge provides everything a community needs to successfully operate. The application is available from any mobile device or desktop computer.
- Castle Residential
Castle Residential is Castle Group’s rental management arm specializing in leasing, pre-development planning, and marketing of all multi-family asset types. Castle Residential is bringing Royal Service® to multifamily development, making them not only experts but also pioneers in the industry.
- Home Office Redesign
Castle Group successfully concluded renovating their Home Office. In addition to the cutting-edge technology implemented across the facility, the redesign now showcases their commitment to excellence through departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These metrics are visible in real-time in every department. Castle believes that this redesign will allow them to better support the on-site teams at the communities that they manage.
