James Donnelly, CEO & Founder of Castle Group, Florida’s choice for community association management, gave an insightful commencement speech on Friday, June 1st for the 2018 graduating class of Sheridan Technical College & High School. In it, Donnelly highlighted his journey from humble beginnings in Bell’s Corners, Ontario to Founder & CEO of the Castle Group and a community leader.
Donnelly asked himself how this journey was possible and organized his thoughts into a concept called “Lifeshaping”. His commencement speech shared the seven keys to an extraordinary life that form the basis for Lifeshaping. The seven keys are; purpose, growth, energy, thinking, the success-cycle, modelling, and people. Donnelly explained how to implement these keys through habit and fuel them with gratitude.
The message was well received by the students who look to live their own extraordinary life.
