Plantation, FL – February 11, 2021 – Castle Group, the premier choice for property management, is thrilled to announce the addition of Ayinde Tomlinson and Javier Martinez to their Talent Acquisition Department.   The rapid growth Castle Group experienced in 2020 sparked the need to expand their recruiting department to a grand total of 6 full-time dedicated recruiters statewide.  Ayinde will be supporting and recruiting for the Palm Beach region while Javier will be dedicated to focusing on Miami. Both gentlemen possess a multitude of experience specific to high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to expanding the TA team, Castle has rebranded its Training & Development Department to the Learning & Development Department.
