Castle Group Communities Take Top Prize at 2016 Florida Communities of Excellence Awards – Valencia Pointe, Valencia Reserve, and Flagler Pointe were winners in three separate categories

Castle Group, Florida’s choice for community management, is proud to announce that three Castle managed associations, Valencia Pointe, Valencia Reserve and Flagler Pointe, each won a 2016 Communities of Excellence Award at the Florida Communities of Excellence conference and gala on May 13, 2016 at the Palm Beach Convention Center in West Palm Beach.

Each of these Castle communities won its award in a unique category. Valencia Pointe won the Safety & Security Award. Valencia Reserve won the Trendsetter Award. Flagler Pointe won the Energy Efficiency Award. In total, only twenty-six communities statewide were recognized as winners across thirteen separate categories.

The Florida Communities of Excellence Award represents the pinnacle of achievement for community associations in Florida and has recognized dozens of outstanding communities since its founding in 2008. The award is the first and only comprehensive, independent recognition program for community associations throughout the state.
