Castle Residential has already begun consulting for a new Miami Lease-up coming to market this year. This extension of services comes in light of Florida developers needing a locally based property management company with direct access to ownership, an in-house creative/marketing team, operations/accounting, and local resident services call center. Lindsay Norman is spearheading Castle Residential and is a South Florida seasoned leader in multifamily properties. She has managed all-phases of multifamily assets from lease-ups to full-scale multi-million dollar renovations.

Lindsay brings over 18 years of multifamily property management experience. She has managed high-rise, mid-rise and garden style assets on all levels throughout her career. Most recently, successfully launching X Miami and Broadstone City Center, West Palm Beach as well as overseeing stabilization of Broadstone Harbor Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Broadstone Brickell, all A+ assets. Lindsay’s successful career has been with several top nationwide management companies such as The Bainbridge Companies, ZRS, Mill Creek Residential and most recently, Alliance Residential.
