Beth Erickson Joins Castle Group as Vice President of Human Resources

Beth brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership, with a proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives that enhance organizational culture, talent acquisition, development, and teammate engagement. Her extensive background in leading HR functions within global organizations highlights her ability to foster collaboration, build high-performing teams, and align people strategies with business objectives.  

She attended the University of Phoenix and holds multiple certifications that reflect her expertise and commitment to excellence, including:

• HRCI – Professional in Human Resources 

• SHRM – HR Business Partner Certification 

• Lominger International – Competency VOICES 360 Feedback Certification

In her new role, Beth will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent development, teammate engagement, organizational strategy, and compliance.
