Accomplishments
- Introduction of New Bachelor in Property Management at NSU’s Huizenga College
Castle Group and Nova Southeastern University’s (NSU) H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship (HBCE) partnered to develop the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Property Management and Real Estate. This new major is the only one of its kind offered in the entire State of Florida!
- Launch of COVID-19 and Association Leadership Webinar Series
The 1st season of Castle’s COVID-19 webinar series included eighteen episodes moderated by James Donnelly, Founder and CEO of Castle Group and Donna Berger, Partner at Becker Law Firm. Craig Vaughan, President of Castle Group also moderated twelve episodes entitled Association Continuity alongside Jeffrey Rembaum and Michael Bender, partners at Kaye, Bender, Rembaum. The thirst for information on how to manage a community during a pandemic was so great that it led to an entire second season entitled “Association Leadership” which tackles new hot topics such as e-voting and virtual meetings.

- Best of Ft. Myers Readers’ Choice Gold Award
2020 was the 3rd consecutive year that Castle Group won The Best of Fort Myers award. The award symbolizes the community’s stamp of approval and attests to Castle’s success as a trusted partner in community association management for the Fort Myers region.
