Boyer Institute on Condominium Law 45th Annual Condominium and Cluster Development Conference. The event took place October 29 & 30, 2020, and was held virtually this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The two-day program is designed to update condominium and planned development law and explore topics of current interest.

The panel discussion this year, “Effects of Natural and Viral Disasters on Community Associations – Powers, Duties and Operational Issues Confronting Associations and Their Counsel – What is a State of “Emergency”: Government’s Effect on Associations” was exceptionally relevant this year given the challenges communities have faced managing resident expectations with the closure of amenities. Other notable sessions explored judicial, legislative, arbitration, and administrative recent developments.
