Castle Group, Florida’s choice for community management, is proud to announce that two of their managers, Kirsten Alvarado, manager at Valencia Pointe Master Association, and John Kline, manager at Bellaggio Residents Association, were honored as 2016 Managers of Excellence at the eighth annual Florida Communities of Excellence Awards on Friday, May 13, 2016 at the Palm Beach Convention Center.
The Managers of Excellence Award was created to honor community association managers who serve communities with outstanding records of participation in the annual Community Awards. The manager’s community must have been selected as a Winner or Finalist of a Community Excellence Award for multiple years in at least two categories. The Manager of Excellence Award has only been received by a select group of managers.
“The Florida Communities of Excellence Awards is instrumental in improving our industry because it not only promotes responsible management, but encourages a spirit of healthy and positive competition amongst Florida communities that will ultimately benefit all communities now and well into the future,” said Alvarado. “This award sends the message that being responsible, collaborative and truly caring about the community you manage and the people with whom you work, will be recognized and rewarded.”
“This award validates the skills and dedication of an entire group of individuals with whom I work,” said Kline. “I am extremely privileged to be associated with so many team members who enhance the lives of the Homeowner Association, family and guests, and consistently produce a high level of Royal Service on a daily basis.”
Both Alvarado and Kline acknowledged the integral role the Castle teams in their respective communities played in achieving this award, citing that without them, this success would not have been possible.
