Plantation, FL – July 1, 2020 – Castle Group, Florida’s choice for community association management, announced the promotion of three key leaders. The new positions align with Castle’s growth plans today and into the future.
Jordan Goldman to Executive Vice President. Jordan has twenty years of real estate development, construction and management experience and prior to joining Castle held several leadership positions for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Central Florida and is also a Licensed Community Association Manager. Since Jordan joined the company, Castle has experienced record year-over-year growth in revenue, market share, and brand recognition. In his new role, he will continue to lead Castle Group’s branding, marketing, and growth initiatives into the future.
Fiona DiDomenico to Regional President. Fiona just celebrated her 10th anniversary with Castle Group and leads Castle’s Jacksonville, Orlando, Sarasota, and Tampa teams. Fiona came to Castle from Lennar, where she was their Senior Vice President of Sales. As Regional President she will have full profit and loss responsibility for her region and expanded authority as Castle continues to move decision making closer to our clients.
James Schumaker to Regional President. James is now in his 5th year at Castle and is leading the fastest-growing region in Castle’s portfolio, Palm Beach. James brings over 20 years of business consulting experience to Castle including senior management roles with leading national and international real estate firms. James holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Leo University and is a licensed Community Association Manager. His positive attitude ensures that Royal Service® is delivered to each and every customer, each and every day.
