In this role, Schermer provides oversight and guidance to teams across operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong support to both internal and external stakeholders.  

Schermer brings over 20 years of experience in operations and project management, spanning mortgage servicing, default management, and both commercial and residential real estate. His proven track record of leadership and innovation further strengthens Castle Group’s commitment to delivering its trademark “Royal Service®” to the communities the company serves.  

Before joining Castle Group, Schermer held multiple executive and operational leadership roles, where he managed lending operations, loan servicing, construction services, and the development of large-scale residential communities. His broad expertise has shaped his results-driven approach to supporting both internal teams and client communities.
